Regional Education Position
As BABOR continues to grow in the Professional Spa sector we are seeking Regional Educators to support and add value to our fast-growing Day Spa, Salon, Hotel & Resort channels within the USA. If you are currently a skincare educator / trainer or esthetician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the professional skin care industry and/or in a luxury spa environment, have a solid track record in sales and are looking to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic and inspiring work environment, please contact us via email [email protected]
As Regional Educator you will promote BABOR products and treatments through education of brand philosophy, product knowledge, hands on technique and retail sales in a professional manner. This position has a fundamental role to build strong partnerships with spa associates, estheticians, therapists and Spa Directors to attain new business, grow existing business and to expand brand awareness.
Job Duties include:
Coach, train and inspire spa associates and professional estheticians / therapists to provide a superior standard of treatments for outstanding customer experience in order to grow their loyal clientele business and retail sales.
Travel throughout the region to host on-site training to educate on product knowledge and retail sell-thru with spa professionals. Drive professional and retail product sales through recommendation at technical training session.
Perform treatment demonstrations to key prospects to support new business development.
Contribute to the creation of effective training materials and web-based trainings. Host webinars and conference call training sessions customized to the Partner’s needs.
Deliver unparalleled customer service to existing and new BABOR partners.
Support the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
Demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, refinement and confidence when communicating with customers and colleagues.
Applicant must be a licensed esthetician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Ability to perform and demonstrate facial and body treatment protocols.
Prior experience as an educator / trainer in the skincare and body therapy industry a plus.
Ability to travel to on-site locations and regional trainings across the Region, approximately 75% travel.
Some travel on weekends, National and International travel may be required.
Flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal, networking and sales skills with emphasis on verbal communication with a diverse array of people using poise, tact, and diplomacy. Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects effectively. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.
Must have a valid current driver’s license.
Must be detail oriented, able to evaluate problems and find solutions for all possible situations. The applicant must possess excellent communication and presentation skills with an outgoing, energetic, personality with a positive outlook and a passion for educating and coaching others in the spa industry.
